For Commissions
TERMS
Rush orders will incur additional fees depending on the commission details.
I will only accept digital commissions
I have the rights over the finished artwork to upload and distribute with credit.
ABSOLUTELY NO RESELLING TO OTHERS.
You cannot claim the commissioned artwork as your own or remove my signature or whatever logo that I may put.
I reserve the rights to decline a commission if I may not be able to do it for whatever reason it may be.
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS
Only commission me if you are ABSOLUTELY SURE that you won't need your money elsewhere and is 100% sure that you want the artwork made. Do not commission me if you are unsure.​

FOR PERSONAL USE
Personal use means using for personal purposes such as; printing for NON-COMMERCIAL USE, reposting it in social media with proper credit, using as wallpaper/background for a device, etc...)
Regardless of where it is shared, it should be properly credited to me.

FOR COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial works cost 100% more
Royalties are up for discussion
This is open for discussion, please contact me for works regarding commercial use.
PAYMENT METHODS
PAYPAL
I will be sending you an invoice, please include me your paypal email
when you give your commission info.
GCASH
I will send you a phone number for GCASH.
100% upfront is preferred but
50% upfront for starting the artwork is fine as well.
RESERVATIONS
For clients willing to wait for the next batch of commissions or ordering in advance
You may pay 50% or 100% upfront for your commission reservation. I will be giving an estimate on when I will be able to start on your commission.

Reservation waitlist is indicated in my bio on twitter/instagram.

Opened slots however, are slots where I can start on commissions as soon as payment is made.
Payment is 100% upfront.
Workflow and Process
Commissions take 1 week - 2 months depending on my schedule and the complexity of the artwork.
There are times where artworks do need a lot more time, I will let you know that an artwork will take longer than estimated.​
I will drop updates when I can, please be patient. I usually update once a week whenever I can.
For finishing the artwork, I'll send a google drive folder link with your commissioned works.
REVISIONS
Only up to 3 revisions can be made during the sketching phase.
More than 3x, it will incur additional charges.​
Limit revisions only during sketching. Revisions after sketching phase will cost additional charges regardless if it hasn't reached the 3x revision limit.
Revisions after finishing the artwork will also be priced accordingly, please be sure and clear with your commission info. Give as much references as you can and be as specific as possible.​

Final output will be PNG and JPG files.
Copyright and Usage
I, azureol (the artist):
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and include it in my portfolio as well.

You (the customer/commissioner):
You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
The following is considered copyright infringement:​
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
Claiming the artwork as your own
Altering the artwork without my consent.
Cancellation and Refund
Commissions are NON-REFUNDABLE, if you are not sure or if you need your money elsewhere or for whatever reason it may be. This includes the reservation fee and commission fees. Please do not commission me in such cases.
